workout to your martial arts training. This will help you increase strength and
endurance as well as your heath and fitness levels!
As many of you know,
I am HUGE on health, wellness, fitness and conditioning within the martial
arts. To me, it makes ZERO sense to train in the martial arts and not have the
physical ability to even do what it is that you are training to do. The secret
is in training; pushing your mind, body and spirit to levels that it has never
been! Learning how to take pain and keep moving forward! Making your body as
strong as the sword, and the mind as sharp as the blade!
